His expertise has been honed through consulting and directing international Upstream Oil and Gas Logistics projects from Alaska (USA) to Aberdeen (Scotland), and regionally in Suriname and Guyana.

Mr. Hills holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s diploma in Project Management from the University of the West Indies. His academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, positions him as a leader in strategic business planning and organizational transformation.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Unipet and the President of the Fintech Association of Trinidad and Tobago, Mr. Hills plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation, service, productive conflict, and respect within the organization.
