Kirt Hills is an avid learner, futurist, and creative management professional dedicated to global sustainability and well-being. His passion for developing human capacity and fostering innovation is evident in his self-learned home DIY projects and his commitment to mentoring aspiring young talent and supporting new ideas.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Hills excels in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing organizational strategies through Supply Chain Modeling, leveraging Technology, and championing Organizational Transformation Projects. His expertise has been honed through consulting and directing international Upstream Oil and Gas Logistics projects from Alaska (USA) to Aberdeen (Scotland), and regionally in Suriname and Guyana.

Mr. Hills holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s diploma in Project Management from the University of the West Indies. His academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, positions him as a leader in strategic business planning and organizational transformation.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Unipet and the President of the Fintech Association of Trinidad and Tobago, Mr. Hills plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation, service, productive conflict, and respect within the organization. He believes in the potential of private sector entities to contribute to national growth and culture through this paradigm.

Mr. Hills’ corporate responsibilities include strategic business planning, implementing and overseeing project management methodologies, leveraging technology to enhance competitiveness, optimizing the product supply chain, and ensuring high reliability of operational systems and processes. He also stewards health, safety, environment, and security initiatives, and supports socially responsible projects for related stakeholders.
