The company was established in 1997 and began trading of transportation fuels in 2000. Unipet has a total of 25 service stations located throughout the country.<\/p>\n<p>Unipet also engages in the transportation of bulk fuel to large commercial customers, through Unipet Transport Division, which is a wholly owned Unipet subsidiary, this division has been a transporter of fuel for over 40 years, with a proud tradition of providing prompt and reliable delivery service to all it\u2019s customers throughout Trinidad.<\/p>\n<p>For 25 years the gas station business had been conducted exclusively by the State, before that it had been run by foreign firms. At these stores, consumers will find everything they need ranging from grocery items to an ice-cold beer. UNIPET also has its own brand of auto care products which includes, fuel injector cleaner, diesel injector cleaner, octane booster, all purpose degreaser, car wash, tyre shine, coolant and windscreen cleaner.
