Sanitizing schools to keep our beloved teachers SAFE.

We already know what you are thinking, “Isn’t school closed?”. It is true our students are not permitted to physically be in their institutions and are have been temporarily subjected to learning from home, for their own safety. However, teachers and other staff members are still required to be on the school compound daily.

We admire such a sacrifice and commitment to the nation’s students and believe that these teachers are truly heroes! This newfound knowledge prompted UNIPET to act right away by providing sponsorship to clean and sanitize school buildings to protect our teachers. The schools will be thoroughly sanitized as to reduce the risk of any exposure to coronavirus.

We have already reached out to Tacarigua Presbyterian, San Juan Presbyterian, Success Laventille Secondary, Santa Cruz R.c Primary, Marabella South Secondary and Santa Flora Primary School. Thus far we have sanitized Santa Flora Primary School and Santa Cruz R.C. Primary School. UNIPET is currently in the process of setting up site visits for San Juan Presbyterian, Marabella South Secondary, Success laventille secondary and Tacarigua Presbyterian.”
